New Sanctuary for:

Community Bible Church Sanctuary

The Community Bible Church of San Antonio Texas began meeting in the
confines of a conference room in a local hotel on May 26, 1990. Since their origin, the
congregation has grown large enough to fill a 51,000 square foot campus.
Phase II of design and construction consisted of expanding their camps with
100,000 square foot worship facility containing a plethora of program elements including
a 3,600 seat sanctuary, a 300 seat rehearsal room for the choir, a recording studio,
music ministry offices, dual coffee bars, a bookstore and several welcome centers.
Visitors are immediately drawn towards the two main entry towers adjacent to the
colonnade. Designed to handle traffic for multiple Sunday services, the lobby also
serves as a gathering space for different church events.
The Sanctuary possesses a sloped floor for members that prefer the front seating
area while those who frequent the rear and wings enjoy theater-style seating. With no
obstructed or limited sight areas, all seats are good seats. Incorporating a full theatrical
light dimming system, two large read projection screens and a robust sound system,
this technologically advance sanctuary add to the worship experience at Community
Bible Church.
