The expansion of First Baptist’s educational facilities placed a significant emphasis on the needs of the Academy. The project included the addition of dedicated classrooms and a comprehensive science laboratory to enhance the learning environment and careful planning to integrate the work with the church’s regular Wednesday and Sunday activities.

Furthermore, the gymnasium was intentionally designed to cater to the Academy’s basketball and volleyball programs. To create a cohesive space for the younger students, a courtyard and playground now seamlessly connect the Academy building with the gymnasium, serving the Pre-K and Elementary levels.
