True Vine, located in the large Heritage subdivision of San Antonio, faced the challenge of accommodating its growing congregation within a limited space. The Heritage neighborhood, with its approximately 12,000 residents, has experienced significant growth, essentially becoming its own small city. To address this increasing population and the growing number of worshippers, True Vine recognized the need for expansion.

Rather than renovate or add to their existing building—which included a few classrooms, some offices, a small fellowship hall, and a sanctuary seating 200—True Vine decided to expand its campus with a new worship facility. This 32,400 square foot building was constructed uphill to capitalize on the site’s natural features, offering spectacular views.

The new facility, visible from nearly a mile away along nearby roads, now includes a 1,300-seat sanctuary, a choir rehearsal room, a nursery, a counseling center, and dedicated administrative offices.
