This project consisted of creating a master plan for a development off Wonder World Drive in San Marcos, Texas. The plan features a mix of uses, including a hotel, various dining establishments, office spaces, and retail buildings. These different areas will be seamlessly connected through a main boulevard and additional secondary streets, creating an integrated and accessible development.

Universal Forest Products required a new building to accommodate additional office space and a worker training area. The newly constructed building includes two main areas: an open-plan office space and a break room. Within these larger spaces, there are also additional private offices and a conference room.

As an engineering service company specializing in technical documentation, we understood the need for a workspace that inspires. We were able to source flooring solutions that are both bold and fun. The chosen carpet design creates a dynamic feeling of movement throughout their spaces, while the Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) adds bright and energetic pops of color. We believe this combination contributes to a more vibrant and engaging environment for their team.

Rast Iron Works

Rast Iron Works has successfully relocated to a new site that accommodates both heavy steel manufacturing and office spaces. The layout of the new facilities was carefully planned to optimize workflow and transportation within the manufacturing area.
 
The main structure, while based on a pre-engineered metal building, has been reinforced to support the installation and operation of overhead cranes. This thoughtful design enables multiple manufacturing operations to occur concurrently, enhancing overall efficiency.
